It's not a DVD but:
1 word: Erdnase.
You couldn't fit all that information into a single DVD. That's pretty much the only resource you'll need for awhile.

If you want a dvd then try Foundations by jason england, but yeah Expert at the card table by Erdanse is solid and great.

Foundations definately has a lot of good material, I reccomend it.
Gambling Protection Series by Steve Forte is also a very nice tool to pick up a trick or two, the DVD can be bouht at Dan and Daves site.

Erdnase is of course also awesome
