ummm i had a quick question for any one who has had jerrys nuggets or knows anything about them because i found some on ebay for about 20$ rite now and i wanted to know if it was a good deal

Pretty sure there is a bot attached to the account. So everytime you bid someone outbids you till the prices goes up to what the person wants to sell it at.

I wouldn't be sure on it, looks as though there hasn't been any previous purchases from the seller and there is a "No return" policy, I could be compleatly wrong but be aware of scams. Very large thing to happen with Jerry's, but again I could be wrong.

also a $15 shipping fee for one deck seems like another way the are trying to make money, nor do the mention they are authentic so if they are not you can't say that the description was false...

Actually, ebay prohibits knock-off of anything. If they say they're Jerry's, then they're Jerry's.
If not, you will get you cash back.

Yeah, I only know this because everyone who bought the knockoff Jerry's a few years ago said that their money was returned to them.

Tough call. When they finally were in good value, they dropped as soon as jerrysnuggetsfan came to the market. -what an idiot.

sorry to say, but that's not the way it is. I bought Yigal Mesika's Tarantula off eBay, and it was a knock-off. The guy wouldn't respond, so I set up a PayPal claim, and notified eBay. eBay never got back to me, and PayPal only cared that I actaully got something.

Suffice to say, eBay doesn't give a **** about knock-offs.

That doesn't mean anything. You can sell any knock off you want on Ebay. Ebay's policy is that they do not allow it, and require a complaint filed by the rights holder of the 'real' item to get it. So, Jerry's Nugget would have to search for bootlegs of their cards, then file a complaint on Ebay. But that's not all. They would have to provide PROOF that it was a bootleg item. Without having that item in front of them, that's awfully hard to do.

There are loads of bootleg CDs, DVDs, clothing, and iPods sold everyday on Ebay. If you think otherwise, you're very naive.
