1-on-1's Won't Open

The past few 1 on 1's that I have downloaded aren't working right. They seem to download just fine. But when I try to open extract them it says that the action is not permitted. I have even tried re-downloading them and restarting my Mac. But still I get the same error message. Has anyone else had this problem before?

Very strange - sorry about that. We have no widespread reported issues of this, so if downloading the files again doesn't solve the problem, submit a ticket to the crazy people we call t11 support and they will make sure this gets resolved within 12 business hours.

Maybe try a different un-zipping software, like 7-ZIP and WINRAR.
