Im getting Papercuts

Papercuts seems to have 13 flourishes(i saw the teaser n3) and Genesis has 18

Depends on your style. I'd wait to see what Papercuts has to offer and then make a decision.

Until then, might I suggest looking over Genesis v1?

Genesis 2. Papercuts looks really bad to me, the trailer offers nothing that makes me want to buy it. Given the chance, I wouldn't even download Papercuts for free.
