I was wondering what are some really visual impressive flourishes, flourishes that look really cool such as the Pandora Cut by D&D. Or what are some of your favorites?

You are very unlikely to get an answer due to the fact that you can't explain what a "visual" flourish is. What you are basically asking for is our favorite flourishes are (all of mine are self-created). A good one is Cross Time which you can find on the wire; however, the only person who can tell you what flourishes YOU like, is yourself. Go check out what's on the Wire, or look at Micheal James's Solo.

I can suggest a few visual moves. These are selected because they are distinct in their appearance, and inspire different reactions. So not moves like Madonna 1-3, because to most people, they look the same. Try moves like Windchill and Above The Horizon from Franky Morales, Accordion from Dimitri Arleri, Angel, Flicker, the B4 Cut from Andrei, Mockingbird and Squeeze from Daren Yeow or Matrix from Aviv just to name a few.

Is there a proper source for Mockingbird? It's a sick cut, but from what I can gather, it's a matter of figuring it out on your own.

There is no public tutorial for Mockingbird. People either figure it out themselves, or find the old tutorial via Youku or other means.
