The quantities reset each night at midnight EST. The next reset is in 9 hours and 22 minutes from the time of this post

I believe that's 1:00 PM Sunday (MYT) in Malaysia. The previous quantity refresh sold out in under three minutes.

Right now, it's 3:51 AM Sunday (MYT) in Malaysia. The next reset is 9 hours and 9 minutes from the time of this post. Therefore, in Maylasia the next reset would be at 1:00 PM Sunday (MYT).
