    I think the general consensus is Costco or another similar bulk supplier. I've bought bricks of Bicycle cards at Costco for less than CAD$10. They're readily available and often cheaper around the holiday season, as well.

    The Sub Trunk / Metamorphosis can take less than a second for the actual change itself... but I don't think there's any magic trick that should be done in a second total. There isn't a trick that I can think of that isn't better with some presentation, and you most likely (definitely) need more...
