    If you follow Doug's advice, it should definitely help. In addition, shaking it a bit - in order to just get the ink flowing from the brand-new pen - may do the trick. But the pen is the same used and seen in David Blaine's special and in the trailer/DVD - it just might need to be "broken-in"...

    There was a issue earlier, where a glitch/error was causing downloading difficulties with the Polaroid Change 1-on-1; however, that was issue was promptly resolved here. It sounds like you are experiencing the same issue, and since it was indeed fixed, try again -- that may just do the trick...
