    For beginner? Like if you are just starting out, I would go with the Everythingelse DVD from The Trilogy. But from the two you said, I personally prefer Motion, because I like the style of flourishes better.

    How long have you been practicing? It's going to take a long time for you to get it down good enough to do it with no set up cleanly. Just keep practicing. That will happen at first, it should get better.
