    Hmm, now I see, well I don't do flourishes for laymen, but I could imagine that someone who does, may focus on cheering people up with something out of the ordinary, or focus on doing something different for other people. I do now though that a majority of flourishers on DN, dnd, t11, ect...

    Ha ha, I'm sorry, what I meant is that some people may find flourishing entertaining because of the difficulty that they see. While others may enjoy it because it is different, and others may have their own reason. But not everyone will always be entertained by one certain thing.
