they're two completely different discs. Andthensome tends to rely a lot more on you already having knowledge of the moves from the Trilogy. While Everythingelse does the same, it's a "little" more independent.- AsherF

for camera... Something that shoots a clear video should be fine. Even an iPhone shoots a good video. It's an explanation video. So as long as you get the right angles and the point across, you're fine. Audio may be an iffy subject. I'm doing my audio separately lately to avoid the in camera mic...- AsherF
