    Making a stripper deck...

I don't think that sandpaper would work. A deck isn't like a block of wood. It wouldn't just sand off, If anything it would problably just frey and puff up like cotton. Becuase sandpaper doesn't have any form of cutting with it, it acts as an abrasive to scrape off wood. Try with a stack of...

    How to dazzle people?

Make sure that you are connecting with your audience on a more personal level. If you're doing an effect, I think at least, that it should be relevent to the spectator. Just saying "and your card comes to the top wooo!" may be a neat trick, but how is the audience supposed to cennect to that.

    Magicians on AGT Tonight

Did I say magic should look increadiably fake at all in my post? No I didn't. Magic should look real, and becuase we are providing the idea of doing something supernatural, at times it is going to look fake, theres nothing you can do about it. I agree Dan's act wasn't his best, but Piers...

    new to cardistry, help?

Alrighty lets start the list: Your flexability of your fingers isn't too big of a deal and won't be determind by how far back you can bend your fingers. If you check out DanandDave they have some finger streatches out that can help you lossen up a bit. I always practice with both of my hands...

    Just Learning, need help.

The fact that you cannnot bend your fingers back too far doesn't judge weather you will be succesful in cardistry. I just tried bending my fingers back and they go to 90 degrees if I'm lucky. I have been in cardistry for 4 years and have never had a problem related to that.

    Faro Shuffle

Not sure if you already know this or not or if it is at all applicable. But if you start with a deck in newdeck order, after procceding with 8 consecutive perfect farro shuffles, it will return the deck to newdeck order. A little challange and something, if you can get down, will blow your...

    Magicians on AGT Tonight

That judge Piers is a tool, obviously he doesn't know jack about magic. That pissed me off so much with his bulls*** of "no, thats not how magic should be." Dan has way more talent than this and has the proof of all his accomplishments to back them up. I agree a different choice of an effect...

Trick Trading (Read or Suffer Death by Octopus)

Oh of course, I appologize. I think that this would be a great idea. We had a time where we are tired of old effects and this would be an excellent way to keep new tricks flowing in!

Trick Trading (Read or Suffer Death by Octopus)

I agree, doesn't sound like the hottest idea. Believe me I see your idea, but how are the creators of the effect getting there grant? If someone makes an effect worth 10$, one person buys it and tells 9 other people. Then the creators were just shimmed out 90$. Doesn't seem too fair

    iBrox || Card through box

I think that the card apearing on the top is a little excessive. I have been doing the same effect for a bit and how I do it is "push" the card through the box and it "Falls" out the bottom. Tried to explain as best I could without revealing, if you have any questions feel free to PM me

    Pul Harris/Alexander Kolle : Hawk 2.0?

I was skimming around youtube and I found this effect a while ago. I saved it in my favorite goodies and took a look back through them and came back across this. I saw this video but I havn't heard much about The Hawk 2.0 presented from Paul Harris by Alexander Kolle. Has anyone heard anything...
