    Wynns or Absolut Deck

I personally prefer Wynns over Absoluts since I prefer thick and sturdy cards rather than decks with a thin stock. But then again, everyone has their own individual opinion when it comes to type of cards to use. It's all about your own taste :) -Garry

    Video Collaboration

You can always mute any sounds from the clips as you're editing. Anyway, I currently have a plethora on my plate, so I don't know if I will participate. We'll see. Good luck though. -Garry

I agree with Trash. It's great that you were already prepared before releasing a teaser to ensure there aren't any occurences that may cancel the entire project :) Anyway, I hope you make a succesful recovery soon and I look forward to the future tutorials. -Garry

    Melting Pot

I like the originality of your moves :D But I felt that it was a bit repetitive. Perhaps you should add a bit more variety next time. You did a good job though, keep it up man. -Garry

How hard do you hold the cards?

Not too hard so it doesn't bend or strain your hands, but not too lightly to ensure I have a secure grip :) It's really not that complicated, just pick up a deck and pay close attention to how you hold the deck when you flourish naturally. -Garry

    Thread

A friend of mine tried it with 100% cotton thread (with the visine) as well, and he told me it still burns =P I think the geek method takes some practice to get your eyes become adjusted to the feeling of the thread. I'm borrowing the thread from my friend, and I'm not sure where he...

Tutorial #1 Official Release: C_M_C Cut

Pretty cool move :) But I expected the Kicklight feature to be somewhat more extraordinary and revolutionary since that was the impression I received when I saw your trailer. But nonetheless, great tutorial and thank you for sharing :D -Garry

Bone Ho Anaconda Dribble - Released

Damn, Anaconda's one of the sexiest moves out there. It's very generous of him to release it :) EDIT: I don't think that was what Spades meant by "big". He was referring to his own Anaconda and how it wouldn't be nearly as big as Bone's. He wasn't talking about the magnitude of the hype and...

    Question about cardistry

I'll have to agree with Eugene. Some flourishers couldn't care less about spectators, and simply flourish for their own personal entertainment. Flourishing can be considered a performing artform, but it is also a hobby. And not all hobbies are meant to be performed to an audience. To further...

    Mathematical Magic Challenge

It's one thing to share a nice trick over the internet, it's another to perform it poorly then ask others to expose the method and consider it a "challenge". Also, Morgician did provide constructive criticisms: 1) He mentioned how MagicPro accidentally slipped the number 7 when he said...

If Not a Magician, Then What?

I hardly practice magic these days ever since I got into cardistry. I know I wouldn't go very far in this field since I only consider it a little hobby. Since I don't have any plans for being a professional performer, I was thinking to get into a career in engineering (I'm considering...

    Knife Manipulation: Where?

If you were referring to my "Cutting the Deck 2" video, the music I used was called "Unstoppable" by E.S. Posthumus. And as for DVDs or other sources at teach knife/card manipulation, there is none that I know of. I just experimented with various ideas using the knife and deck until I come...

What is the craziest flourish you've accidentally done?

lol, a similar experience happened to me =P A friend of mine who's a total noob was attempting to do a knuckle cut and somehow popped up a long distance spinner XD I'm still not able to do it after several months with cards XP
