I just bought like 7 new books, i wish i read this a few days earlier i would have picked it up.
This is a great essay, some of these things ive been thinking of myself.
I suggest everyone go to aaronfishermagic.com and listen to Aaron's pod cast with Denny!!
That was pretty sweet.
The only thing i didn't like was that you had to keep getting the girl to re light the stick, i think it broke rhythm in the beginning.
But in the middle of the video when you starting getting going one after another it started flowing well!
Darren Brown has an effect called Zammel's rose (i know i didnt spell that right)
Its pretty cool, it involves cards and a rose.
The only other thought i have is a rose production with flash paper.
Its flashy, uses fire and roses are always good

2. A question about your creative process. What was the hardest trick to find a method for, that's on this set.
3. Did magic help you become popular in high school? were you one of the cool kids...
i want to separate them into categories, like cards, theory, etc. Im just not sure exactly what falls in which categories. I will have to do research on each book.
Any suggestion on how to categorize them
That's why i made this thread, because most people just know of card books.
i forgot to explain that in the first post, tho we still don't want to leave cad stuff out
i just want to throw out, in Fast Company by Damian Nieman at the end of the explanations for some of the moves.
He says he's going to show you the "riffle cull" with the 4 9's. but then some guy comes in and points a gun at him at says he can't teach that.
just throwing that out there, seems...
