    Overhead Spring Questions...

    Well, speed is only one part of it, the corner grip gives you better control over the direction the cards spring. Learn the basic "very long spring" and the upside-down spring first. don't try to go straight for the ultimate overhead spring and wonder why its so small and messy.

    my god man there are so many things you can do with a fan once formed. twirl, flip (like deck twirls but with a fan), tosses and catches (well the catch is optional I've found) spins on watches, balances, deck divisions within the fans.... don't even get me started on giant fans... stripouts...

    the further away from the base your thumb that the OPPOSITE long side is, the easier it will be to grip. meaning that if the long side closest to you is right up against the base of your thumb it'll be a ***** to do (well maybe tudor could do it) and if its closer to the base of the fingers...
