    Nothing. Except when you don't even own a production company and yet call your YouTube channel "......productions"

    Don't call your YouTube channel "....productions". You're not a production company- so stop trying to sound as if you are. This goes out to all of you.

    What do YOU actually plan on doing with your life?

    That's exactly what the damn thread is about. HOW THE HELL people on here will pursue the interet in the art, and if they want to go pro- HOW they will do it. ANd I don't know what you're saying- first off, you say you have to work for it, and make it happen. But then you say it doesn't...

    What do YOU actually plan on doing with your life?

    Magic is a seriosu hobby for me. I have taken 'breaks' over the past 5 years of my magic experience, and I recently had to take one as I needed to study for my GCSEs. I'm getting back into it, and my goal is to create several effects of my own, that I use on a day-to-day basis. Maybe...

    The Next theory11 Artist - 07.02.2008

    And yet, in a previous arguement on another thread, you called Dan and Dave the best. Hmmm....the irony.

    Control Idea...

    Don't see the point of encorporating cards with control. Yeah, making original patter is good, but involving palying cards with a really emotionally impacting effect like Control. I mean, Control is an effect you save for the RIGHT moments. You don't just go up to your parents while...

    Static - Joel Paschall

    Bicyclemagik: Your main point in this debate is that a flourish that is so 'simple', 'easy', and (jsut for the sake of it) 'NOOB' shouldn't be sold for 5 bucks correct? And your viewpoint is from someone expereinced in flourishing and a 'pro'. So again, I don't see how this is different at...

    Patter for Believe

    That's an awesome idea. Say "Small changes make big differences" and change the card. Then leave. They'll be thinkings "errr...what?" but they're definately going to turn over the torn card, and when they do- man, you've got screaming crying laughing all in one!

    Static - Joel Paschall

    I really hate the attitude of people when they say something is not worth it because it is easy. Just because you're an 'advanced flourisher' doesn't mean an easy flourish is worthless. That's like Paschall, Houchin, baymester, etc. saying that the double lift is worthless. Are you saying...

    inFlight :: DAN1ELMAD1SON

    I know what you mean. Personally, I bought inFlight because I just love card shoots (Hot SHot Cut for example). It also looked damn sexy and interesting. Note that the 1-on-1's are sold individually. So they are absolute cheaper, but relative to DVDs more expensive (sorry for the Excel analogy)...

    Routining

    IF you think about this way, it'd be much easier to routine an act. A musician is hired to perform at a party. So he brings a truck full of his 'stuff'. He starts playig Mozart on the piano, so the mood is probably....whatever Mozart's is. Next, he goes on to play the trumpet, so it...

    inFlight :: DAN1ELMAD1SON

    (I'm just using one of adjone's reviews as a template- hope you don't mind buddy!). inFlight :: Daniel Madison The Official Spam- "InFlight is a fast pop out flourish during which a selected card gets shot into the air and lands in your hand. This is a relatively simple move taught by...

    Important 1-on-1 Problem

    Well, it's more or less the t11 cw to decide how to judge the difficulty. But there are a range iof harder to easy 1-on-1s, so I thought it would be helpful for beginners as well as 'intermediates' to get a feel of how difficult a trick is.

    Question about 'Street' Magic

    Hi guys, Let's say I'm planning of performing in the street sometime... My preference would be to kind of stay in one place and just slowly gather a crowd. How would you suggest I do that? Next, I also believe it is in my best interest to maybe create a 10-15 minute routine, so I...
