1-on-1 Video Problem Please Help!

Make sure that you have the latest version of Quicktime player -- http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/ -- and play the file with that. That should fix your problem.
However, if that doesn't help, try VLC player, which you can download from http://www.videolan.org/vlc/.
If all else fails, submit a support ticket -- http://www.theory11.com/support -- and the support guys will lend you a hand.

This happened to me, then I put it on full screen and it went away
Try it out.
I had the same problem and did this and it worked
