Not even my own?
Lets take control. The idea has been around for ages. Wayne just revamped it. That makes it his, as far as I'm concerned.
As for the force I came up with, yes, its mine. I came up with the workings on it all my own, without any inspiration from anything else. This means, the idea is mine. That IS the definition of an idea, right? Something you come up with on your own and independently? My card transpo, same thing. Something I came up with. As well as the moves used within. *I* have never seen them in publications. And yes, the ideas were, literally, spawned in an instant.
Not that I need to state this, but I've been in magic for around 11+ years, and a member of the IBM for about 10 of those years. I believe that gives me some moderate right to be able to say I know what I'm talking about when I say I have come up with an effect I believe to be good.
