A problem uploading an effect to the wire

Hi guys,

I have been trying to submit a trick to the wire the past few days and for some reason I can't submit the trick. What happens is I upload the performance and explanation videos fine but when I click the submit button it say this:

"Sorry, we can't find "www.theory11.com/wire/submit-form/". Please check the spelling of the web address." This is the URL:

I have tired uploading it on Chrome and Mozilla and neither work. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.
