Anyone having problem with Holiday scratch card ?

I had this issue with my cards too. I had 2 cards that didn't have the silver "scratchy" material on it. Just contact the support team and they should take care of it.
If the card reads "PRIZE GIVEAWAY" in red and not "SCRATCH TO WIN" then you're still good to go. We utilized two different vendors and for this reason a few of the cards won't have the scratchable silver material. If this isn't the case please submit a support ticket and we'll take care of you as usual.
