I just have a very quick question for the Theory11 crew. I remember when the 2nd edition was released it was said that Theory11 worked so closely with the USPCC in every aspect.

My question is...what is the name of the finish/stock of the 2nd edition? I know that Masters have something called "UV500". Is there an official name for the finish/stock of the new Guardians?

Thanks,

Shane K.

PS...

I love my 2nd editions. They handle better than any deck of Masters I've ever picked up. :)

I'm not sure but I think it's air cushion.

There's got to be more than just "air cushion". I think that normal Rider Backs are only "air cushion". The stock to these things feel so thick and they keep together very well. I'm still fanning these things as if they were fresh out of the box.

If anyone can find the answer to this question, or knows that it is only "air cushion" then please let me know!

i'm also pretty sure it's just air cushion, but i think that the different stock may have an effect on how the cards handle in general. it also may be applied in a varied amount giving a different feel. I couldn't tell you though, it's all speculation. It may even just be the placebo effect, but i do like the feel. I think they're a little stiffer.
