Burn Or Mystique?

i am getting one of the 2 during the middle of this month. now i have questions. are the tricks on mystique hard, or easy? same question goes for burn. another one is, are the burn gimmicks easy or hard to make. can you find the items to make the gimmicks in a regular house or do you have to buy some things at the store? if you guys can answer my questions then i thank you very much!!!

Yes, as stated by B-Illusion, if you have 18 extra bucks try and pick up BURN and Mystique.

The effects on both are mostly easy enough, (as long as you have some basic knowledge.. =P) and nothing on Mystique uses a gimmick other then a duplicate. Burn obviously does use 'gimmicks' and aren't very hard to make but can be frustrating. As for household items to make the 'gimmicks' you should have everything you need as it doesn't take much to make.

well I use tricks from both a lot. Id say Mystque because there is more variety.

but honestly BURN is AMAZING

Well, the reaction videos from Mystique show that everything will getting good reactions. Burn, seems as it would get great reactions because you are using fire with the tricks and fire doesn't do much, (other than light stuff on fire -.-) and if say you were preforming for a girl you can use her to help with the tricks.

Yes, Mystique will keep you busy with its tricks for a while, but as I stated before if you can, do pick up Burn.

It is a tough question on which will people enjoy more.

In my opinion the tricks in burn will get better reactions however, you cannot really do too many of them in performance. It would be better as just one last effect. But you could make a nice routine out of the Tricks on Dangerous.

I have both Burn and Mystique so let me give you some advice.

They are both incredible. Both of them include incredible tricks that could very well shape your routine. I literally have a Burn Deck (some of you might say it is not advisable, I don't know, it just kills at parties), which I use with a lot of the Burn Gaffs. Burn Gaffs are not really "easy" to make but if you have the right materials (if you do not, you can buy it for about $3) you should get it down in half an hour.

Mystique also has a lot of great tricks such as Angle Zero, Breach, etc. They are great, but a lot of them require some sort of setup, you could not borrow a deck and do all those tricks without any alone time. That being said, you can't do it with Burn either (obviously)

I would go for Burn because (if this is exposure a mod can delete it), for one thing, Angle Zero is taught on Burn. It is one of the best tricks on Mystique, and it is taught. Although it isn't taught as well, you will know the method and your imagination of the presentation will carry you through your performance of it.

But if you can, get both.

Where in the world is Angle Zero taught in Burn? I have Dangerous also, so I already know how its done but I have read through Burn multiple times and yet i haven't seen anything about Angle Zero, or even the concept of it.
