I am thinking about buying the cannon fs200... do you think that would be good enough to post on sites, or better, ... i can afford a lot more but don't want to get ridiculous with it if its unnecessary.

I would recommend a camcorder that can do at least 720p HD for high resolution videos.

If I were you i would buy it but you can always save up for something more nicer.

The reason I would recommend the canon FS200 camcorder
is mostly that is very very affordable and completely reliable. But you can see more under the reviews by people who supposedly know what they are talking about Here or the link mentioned above.

I've never had problems with my pocket-sized HD Flip Mino. It's really awesome. Good for cardistry vids on-the-go

I recommend the Flip Mino HD. It's 720p and great fps.

I am getting the FLIP mino HD for X-mas. I hope I love it. Then maybe I can start posting some live footage of my performances or just an effect or two.

Average camcorder will do the basic 30 fps(choppy slo-mo). A better one will do 60 fps. Anything beyond that can get expensive.
