Im pretty new here and am having some problems with the 1 on 1 downloads. I purchased 7 videos, and have the last 4 purchases saved. but the first 3 were on my computer before it crashed, and i cant find, or might have even deleted them. It says I still have 5 out of 6 downloads left, but then it wont let me download it again.
I understand why they would be protective about their products, but I cant figure this one out.
