You little stalker!
As we all know by know is that Card College is probably the best starting point in card magic. Unfortunately, i wasn't lucky enough to find this when i started. I am now nearly a year into card magic and i was wondering if i should still buy this or not?

I've looked through its contents and found that i already know most of it. So is it worth the money to buy it even if i know most of everything on it?

Definitely buy it, you will most likely have to relearn a lot of fundamental stuff like dealing position, end grip, over hand shuffle etc and you will learn tons of new techniques.

even if you've been doing those basics things for 6 months?

I started with mark wilsons complete course in magic, it taught all those things in the first volume of card college.

do you think its necessary?

If you started with Tarbell, chances are you've gotten a good start. I wouldn't say that it's compulsory, no. But I'm sure you'll find stuff you didn't no, some pointers for old moves, stuff like that. There will be helpful stuff, but not compulsory.
