Try the Ultragaff deck.

Imagine what the kids will think when you "accidentally" smear your fingers across the face of the deck.

Or think about how the kids will respond when you show the kings have disappeared from their normal cards and appeared all together.

Best of all, you can use it for anyone, not just kids!

I like the way you put that, it does sound realy neat.

now would you recommend just a red or blue deck. or something fancy like ghost or black tiger?

I think red and blue give a better effect of just regular playing cards

I'm no expert, but I think red or blue would be better for little kids. If you go with something black, it may scare them and, at best, it would distract them from the whole effect. Also they would say you had a 'magic deck'. If you want them to think it's magic then go for it, but if you're more bothered about them thinking you are magic (like you should be) then go for blue. Or red
