Coins Across

So I am working on a 3coins across routine. And I was wondering what are some ways to get the last coin over (i have the first two ways figured out) I am trying not to use a table or a gimmick or an extra coin. What are some of your suggestions, on slights.

I forgot completely what it's called, but i found it in sankey's revolutionary coin magic dvd. His Mr. Clean coins across seems nice and I must admit totally fooled me from the first viewing. I guess you could call it a point production, only the dirty work is down before anyone thinks it's been done. I think that would work in this instance. Mixed with Goshman's pinch they wouldn't suspect a thing if you work on your angles and your fluidity of motions. I don't know the rest of your routine but as long as it's not too redundant might as well give it a shot.

show the coin in your hand close your hand getting the coin ready to go into goshman's pinch. then open your hand to show that is empty, steal it into the other hand or pitch it (I thinks Sankey called it Han pien Cheng I forget)

If you use the specs hand you can have them hold out their hands show that the hand is empty coin in goshman's over there hands and in the movement of dropping the two coins in your other hand drop the coin from the pinch into the hands of the spectator with the other two.

hope these help a little.

Some thoughts, ideas, and credits:

Sourboarder, it's called the pointing transfer. That is a good option.

Keokesilverfang, good ideas there.... stealing from the back clip appears in David Roths work in the coins across plot, as well as in his copper/silver routines.

cedwards90- I agree, but it's a riskier move when it's the LAST coin. They're burning you at that point.

Luka- sleeves are your friends, if you don't mind giving them the time of day. Look into the Catapult! DVD by Brian Platt for some great ideas there regarding coins across.

Other ideas-

Sylvester Pitch
Fanning Pitch
Click passes
L'Homme Masque

Hope this helped!

Scott.

Turn it into a comedy bit. "Would you like the last one to go Visibly or Invisibly?" 99% will say 'Visibly'. Then toss the coin into the other hand. If they say 'Invisibly', then close both of your hands and say the last coin has traveled. Then say "Here comes the hard part, to make it travel back" and open both of your hands again. Then you could go into another routine mentioned above.

I would highly suggest taking a look at Jay Sankey's Mr. Clean Coins Across. It's just that. 3 coins, ungaffed, all sleight coins across. It's very visual and very convincing. You can find it in his Revolutionary Coin Magic DVD.
