I perform stigmata regularly. I personally think that, though I'm sure when you thought of the idea it sounded cool, it would drastically degrade the effect it's self.
I'll generally perform Stigmata to groups as it's the kind of effect that gets them either screaming or renders them speechless.
This reaction is heavily to do with the simplicity of the idea - you don't just pull the name of a card out of some ones head, it appears visually under your skin... I'll perform it as a finisher as it leaves people talking for hours. You should let people talk and talk about what you've done, not cut the reactions short by sticking something else on the end. I feel it would cheapen people's views and they'd see it as more of a 'trick' than a breach of normality.
It's great that you're coming up with lots of variations and ideas, but you have to be careful in applying certain ideas to already devastating routines.
Keep up the good work, but really think hard about if something is going to be a solid addition to a routine to enhance the overall reactions, or whether it's going to take away from that, you know?
