Hello everyone here at theory11,

I was rummaging through my grandfathers old box of Zippos, coin counters, and matchbooks. During that rummage, I discovered a deck of playing cards that I have never seen before.

These cards are Delta Poker Playing Cards. Judging by the box and the color of the cards, these are quite old. The deck is full bleed back as well. These cards are made by Hoyle too.

So, my question is this. How old are these cards?

These cards are very nice. After working with them some and breaking them in again, these are perfect for gambling sleights, specifically bottom deals and second deals. I am very interested in knowing how old these cards are, and if I can still purchase them. Thanks.

Searched for a bit to no avail. Google mostly popped up decks by Delta Airlines. Any sort of identifying marks on the back?

Interesting. I found some place that said there were cards like this from 1970 and 1979. But for some reason, I doubt it is either one of those.
