Hey guys,
NOTE: I can't find any internet video of this skit so I'll just give you instructions on to find it on "On Demand".
Anyway, there was that show with the young comedian, Demetri Martin. It was called "Important Things.". It was an alright show, I mean I laughed at it once in a while, but it was just alright. But, I am not writing a review I am going to share one of the skits with you...It was called "Devon Cottonfeild."
In the skit Demetri dresses like David Copperfeild and undergoes the alias "Devon Cottonfeild." He says that he is an escape artist, who is known foir getting out of relationships with girls and that tonight he will break up with a girl named Felicia. But, throughout the night problems insue and the table turns on him.
Basically, it is a funny parody of what David Copperfeild acts like and it is a great watch if you have five minutes.
You can easily find it if you have Comcast. Here's how...
1: Go to "On Demand"
2: Go to "TV Entertainment"
3: Go to "Comedy Central"
4: Go To "Demetri Martin"
5: Go to "Important Things-Games"
The skit appears about 3 minutes into the show right after he does a 2 minute stand up bit. Watch it if you get a chance.
