Digital Dissolve

A couple quick questions on Digital Dissolve:
1. (for the Theory 11 staff) Is it possible to get the coins as a walking liberty and w/e the copper coin is (English penny?) instead of a Kennedy half?
2. If not, what gaff is it: copper/silver, sun/moon... etc. (I've never dealt with copper coins, only silver) so I can get it custom made.
3. If I do get it custom made, is it possible to get just the DVD?

Everything you get is standard with the DVD. The gimmicks are all the same and you cannot obtain custom coins from Theory11. Although you may want to check out
