it is the special cards uspcc releases for halloween they are called Tragic Royalty and you can get them on ebay

That deck is the Bicycle Tragic Royalty Deck. Apparently, they smell weird and don't handle very well -- but that could be said about my regular red and blue Bicycle Rider Back Decks.

yeah thats the one... i dont think i have ever had the need to smell a deck of cards.
