Downloading an already-purchased video

Hey guys,

Question: I have purchased some downloads in the past. Is it possible to go back to these already-purchased downloads somehow and watch them again? Should they be stored somewhere on my computer?

This is probably a stupid question but I'm sure there's a simple answer.

it should be stored as a dowload on your computer, but if not, contact support.

It is probably in your folder labeled down loads. If not you may be able to search your files from the start menu.

I had the same problem a while back. Put in a ticket to Theory11 support saying exactly which downloads you want and they will reopen access to downloading those vids. They will also give you a link to get there quicker.

Theory11 has some great costumer service, so you should be able to download within 24 hours
