Which DVD has clearer teaching, the System or the flourishing disc of the Trilogy?

Depends on what you think is clearer. Speach and explanation for the trilogy or just a contiuous loop in different speeds for the System. Both are learnable.

The Trilogy has text that one can read to learn flourishes, whereas the System uses slow-motion. In that facet, I think the Trilogy has better teaching. However, in my opinion, the Trilogy is harder than the System.
