Fan backs very old!

So the other day I was doing magic at a theatre when one of the guys there
[ from my ibm ring ] presented me with an old deck of fan backs bicycle cards he bought like 10 years ago but they were one of the first ones they ever printed and is literally about 60 - 70 years old. They are not opened with the cellophane on them and it is so old the cellophane is starting to like " stiffen" up. So my question do you guys no how much these would be worth or if they are even rare?

It's probably very rare, but you really can't prove it's old through the internet. For all they know, it can be a brand new deck, but you just say it's old. Unless it has some kind of indication that it was made long ago.

You can tell it is old by the cellophane. If you were to look at the cellophane you would know right away how old the deck is.

Ya, but you can say it's 60 years old on eBay and then when they buy it, you can simply send them a new deck. I know it's not the thing you would do but it's an easy scam to pull off.

I see what you mean. They could easily sue me if I were to pull off a move like that. Not only that I would kicked off ebay

Good decks, but not that rare. good deal on em is about $12 or less. I can get a few bricks of these.
