Hand Warm-Ups

hey guys, i've been into magic for over a year now, and i'm starting to notice something as i get into more difficult sleights

my hands need warmed-up. i'll try to do my coins across routine but, i won't be able to palm up to my standards, etc.etc.

so what are some good hand/finger warm-ups? i don't want to expose something in my magic because i dont know how to warm up my fingers.

If you want you could buy D&D's trilogy has alot of great tricks and flourishes and also has a section devoted to hand warm ups

yeah, but, i'm working to develop my coins more than my cards. and it seems a bit, wasteful to buy a dvd just for one section..

start off doing more simple trick then after a few minutes your hands sshould be warmed up for the harder tricks
