My suggestion: Take each effect and arrange them according to impromptuness. Make a list of ones that are completely impromptu, ones that take a small set-up that you can do during performance, and ones that need elaborate set-ups. And arrange them accordingly.
Next, arrange the effects in the separate categories in terms of effectiveness. Which one will hit harder? Put the less hard hitting ones first, and the best ones last.

this doesn't exactly relate to a routine but, maybee you could do angle zero and than do the one by daniel madison where he has 4 cards and you give him from a different deck. well in this case have the ripped card, then take 4 cards from a different deck and make their card switch to match them. still torn and all.
Go into the asher twist with the four jacks, and then produce the four aces and perform Reset as an ending.

You can produce the aces which ever you desire, then go into a reset routine and say as you can see the aces can do some pretty amazing things, here let me show you, then say what is your favorite ace lets say they say ace of diamonds you have them sign and ten go into an acr. That sounds like a good routine I will def. be trying that out.
