Help with Sean Fields Sickness Trilogy?

Not sure if this is the right place to ask this but I need help with the "gimmick" for the Sickness trilogy. When I do the reveal part of any of the three tricks I get some very noticeable residue? Am I over doing the gimmick or is it something else?

I have never really had a problem with noticeable residue. Just try not to use as much. the stuff is very durable.

I did a video of performing "Saw" back in 2007 and when I pulled the string out of my neck I showed the string in front of the camera for too long and people released that it was the actual "gimmick". Soooo as long as you don't stick it out in their face and call attention to it, no one will question it.

I'm going to try using less for now. My problem is that my neck looks like a mess afterwards. It looks almost like I performed 'Sick' on my neck.

I looked at your video and just wanted to say good job. I actually watched your review just before I bought the trilogy a couple weeks ago.

EDIT and Update:

Well, using less has helped with sick and excise but I think my skin type and the fact that I'm really skinny isn't helping. I just applied a little for Saw to see how much I need and it still left a horrible mark because the skin is already so taut that it doesn't really work. I'm going to keep at it though.
