How about BEEN vs. BEANS. . . I'm not hungry at the moment. . .

The Next generation of magicians might know those names but not the public. Too, TWGM features the best people from several categories of magic (usually those with the most political clout vs. skill, but there are exceptions). There are numerous Illusionist (as in the proper use of that term) in our biz right now that are unknown even in our ranks, because that's not the in vogue path of things at the moment; instead, we have a glut of people thinking themselves "Mentalist" only a few of whom strike the public's fancy, such as Luke Jermay, and a certain pompous Brit that's failed to fare well here in the U.S. (sorry but Derren's never done it for me, he's arrogant and rude.)

You might want to introduce yourself in some way so we all know a bit about you however.

Yeah but Ortiz writes with about as much pomp and self referential huberous as Brown uses in his act. Honestly I got a little tired of his constant self referring plugs about half way through Strong Magic.

Sadly, I fit this mold to some degree in that I do make frequent reference to my other material that's out there but we see this a lot with prolific writers that simply do not want to rehash things . . . then again, we have certain in our ranks that rehash a lot of their more successful material and give it a new title so as to prey off the minions.

i can say there's lots of different types of magician to look up to day and tomorrow within this action age of effects . it so sad that some of the most important things in magic and books will be forgotten just like some of the best minds, it jaysankey say on Facebook this week sometime tv magician are not that cool it the ones who are in your face at the right place and time to wow you .. yong magician do not have respect for the magician an for the old ones and who thy meet and see ! i am up set at times when i see a new magician and when you ask them something they do not no a think about the effect or the history and culture theory of it .. i love book small but deadly and number 2 book still ,still deadly by paul hallas be it gave you all you need to know about packet tricks and the family history of them! the 2 books are shadow recruit of research for because names the best minds way back and as well within this day to and including book which you can find the names of the effects !so of the 80's gave use great times and fafantastic effects that are now available classic . Credit the creator minds even if you might read a book or see something on tv or a song or a friend who may take you to an effect that forgot you had. . The future is now who will remember you for you and the environment of effective effect you gave to the public of the world! just something to think about!
