How Big?

Hah. The title is suggestive... wink wink
anyways
I was wondering how big all your hands are.
Mine are tiny beans and I can still pull off palms and stuff with ease. I have friends who complain about windows and crap when they have hands way bigger than mine. So I was just wondering about everyones hand size when outstretched fully.
basically measure form the tip of the thumb to the tip of the pinky. then measure the tip of the middle finger to the bottom of the top of the wrist.

Mine: 17X19 cm

HI:) My hand is 18x15 cm....So, yes, not big at all. I'm not so good at flourishing, but I'm still practice.

Same as yours, 17x19.

When I met Jay Sankey, I asked him about this topic, and he immediately said "put your hand up to mine".

I'm guessing his are like...

15x16

Smaller than MINE!

So I can Never, EVER EVER complain about hand size.

18 x 20 cm

I really thought my hands were quite small...they are compared to most adults that I know. With ring sizes of like 7.5 and 9 (ring and middle finger, respectively), they're far smaller than most adult males. I mean, my brother's ring finger is far larger than my middle finger (we recently received our PK rings).

Then I see all the numbers you guys are putting up...I'm guessing most are teens, though. =/

Either way, my sleights are just fine. My biggest weapon against windows or peeking around the edges of my hand is misdirection. I highly suggest it. ;)

It's all about shape, not size. (And I mean that in every way. :O)

I have good sized hands, but the shape of my ring fingers are all jacked up. I have giant windows between my ring and pinky fingers that I've learned to keep closed over the years. But it was difficult. I used to rubber band them together to help muscle memory.
For coin work I still wear a couple of silver rings to help hide the rare flash that might peek out.

It's not the size of the ship, it's the motion of the ocean? ;)

What? I thought we were using cute little sayings to get our point across? o_O

Hehe...and by that, of course, I mean: it doesn't matter what size your hands are, it's how you use them (and other tools at your disposal--like misdirection, using the off beat, etc). :)

20X11???
what??
thats oddly disformed...
and
big hands are sometimes required for flourishing though.
Like thumb cuts and what ever.
But in magic its mainly not a problem. But some moves require odd grips and what ever which just suck when you have small hands

Don't worry Gustav it's not the size of the boat its the motion in the ocean.

Btw

Are hands are the same size. And you know what they say about people with big hands....Or is that feet??? Hand's, feet, they speak the truth. ;)
