I need more effects.

whats up everyone, right now I flourish and do card magic. Thats what i really love to do, but ive found I want to add a little bit more to my "collection" or "routine" whatever you want to call it.

I know im going to be getting thread in the near future, but i was wondering if anyone could help me with some other could effects.
Nothing huge like the m5 system, or pulling rabbits out of hats. Just enough to where i could come up with a 20 to 30 minute stage routine, or for the use of a close up routine.

Ive been looking at the rising card deck, and coin bite. good choices?

any ideas?

Why not branch out into coin magic and start with "Bobo's modern coin magic" book? Or go straight into learning something like 3Fly.

Get a book, ton of effects in them things.

i am personally thinking about getting, come fly with me. It is expensive but looks like an easy 3 fly routine that looks awesome. i am terrible with coins but good with cards, so its a pretty easy choice for me. stage i don't really do, but rather close up, but garrett thomas's ring thing is a trick i do all the time, and i also do prohobition which is tight. hope this helps

Get some invisible elestic thread and tie yourself some loops if you haven't already. They creat very strong magic and people love PK tricks. Also when the spectator examines the object you did the trick with and finds no thread, wires, magnets or anything else they are pretty much dumbfounded. They are also very practical.

Im really looking for some stuff to do a short stage routine, nothing fancy, maybe some rope tricks maybe some mentalism

for close up, angle zero is a godsend. i personally ditched my whole routine built for angle zero as a standalone effect, its that powerful.

maybe i shudve used it as a closer. haha, ah well. experience, experience.
