Is Control Impromptu?

If I were on an airplane that crash-landed in the middle of the Amazon Rain Forest and I were captured by natives and had only one chance to impress them lest I be put in a pot of boiling water, would Control be the trick to do?

In other words, can I do it naked, surrounded, with the knowledge that failure would equal death? Or should I just do sinful (Because everyone knows that there are Coke machines in the middle of the Amazon Rain Forest...)?

To answer your question, though:

I probably use this analogy way too much, but let's put it this way. Taking a step forward requires more set-up than this. It's so impromptu you can do it naked.
