Looking around to learn the second deal

Hey guys, I've always wanted to learn the second deal (push-off), but I finally want to actually pursue that, and work on one.

So my question is this, what would be a good source for learning the second deal?

Cheers,
Ryan

Really, I guess I'll start there as I have that book. I just wasn't sure if it would be the best method, as the push-off second might have been perfected even more after the book was printed (since it's a fairly popular move). I still might get the Jason England download as a help for the description in the book.

Even if there are superior methods, it's advantageous to learn older methods that use slightly antiquated grips that may suit your hands better than newer, refined methods.
