Magic Gift for Kid's

Can someone recommend a quality magic trick to give to a young child? Ideally this should be good for a kid from 6-12, so no complicated instructions, sleight-of-hand, etc. Also this needs to be something physical, so a video download is out.

You might want to check out Shin Lim’s Evolushin Magic Kit, it is a decent starter magic kit for kids. I don’t have it myself but I heard good things and Shin Lim is great!
