Making a Video

Hy
I'd like to make a cool video but I don't know how can I add some cool effects to the video.
I use Sony Vegas 8 Pro.
I know how to make effects but I would like to get new effects.new ideas.

Really, with video making, it doesn't matter what software you have, but it is all about style.

I could see a commercial for ANYTHING, and if Dana Hocking edited it, I could tell. That's because, like everything else, people have their own style.

In truth, I have seen videos that are edited with Windows Movie Maker that look better than some I have seen done by Sony Vegas 8.

So the key to adding good effects to your video is really just experimentation. Do what feels right when editing it, and watch it over and over again. Find little problems, little things that make it look better. The more you do it, the better it will get.
