Here's some things to note:
-"Your version" is basicly a minor variation on the McDonald's $100 Routine, that is nowadays generally known as McDonald's Aces.
-The switch at the beginning had no motivation at all. You also focused too much on the three cards and that would probably raise some questions in the real performance. Go with the original.
-Your handling was tense. Work on the doubles.
-Aim your camera higher. A lot of the front space is shown even there's nothing happening there. You go out of the frame a little too much.
-If you have a bad camera then don't make the quality even worse with effects. Although, I can see why you did that, but relying on camera effects might not be the way you want to go.
Now I don't mean to sound mean, it was actually well done. I liked how you had the focus on the moments when the cards changed. Many people seem to overlook the importance of presentation and just focus on the sleights. The first thing you want to work on would be to change the switch at the start (or maybe not even do a switch).
Keep it up.
