Naming a trick

Now, I recently created a brand new effect (which I will film as soon as it stop raining since I kind of need the moon for it... I'll post a link here as soon as I have it filmed).

Umm... hard to put into words what the actual effect is but it involves a mirror and it involves visually taking the moon off the sky. I've been really annoyed lately because I couldn't come up with a good name for it.

That's why I just want to ask around to see how you guys come up with names for your own effects/routines. Anybody care to share with me how to come up with a good name?

You could use something I use for over all presentation creativity in general. Get a piece of paper, & at the top write moon. Underline it, than write down every word you can think of that is & can be associated with the word moon, than do the samething for all the new words you come up with. Also, see if any of these words have multiple meanings. Exampls Lunar "moon" is one meaning,
& than there's to pull down your pants & "moon" someone. Do the same thing with the word mirror. Thiink of all words associated with it, search for multiple meanings. Id also do the same with "space" or "universe", "astrology", etc.Soon, you should have a page full of words, more than enough to get a creative process going to help come up with a name, & perhaps even more ideas for your patter & presenation.

You could also show the effect to an audience and ask them what they think the name of the effect is or what they think would be a good name for it.
