Need help with wrist problems

Hi, i do cardistry and magic.I spend a lot of time practicing cardistry and from a week or something like that when i do flourishes that acquire more wrist movement the right wrist pops.I hold the deck in my left hand and from 2-3 days it started to pop also.I am conserned for my hands health and i need help and tips from you guys.Thank yoou :)

Try to practise a different moves, or rest for the next 4-5 but is completely normal that your hand is like that.However, is good to revise your hands by an expert :D
