Make sure that the file was downloaded correctly -- you may want to download the file again.
In addition, make sure that you have the latest version of Quicktime player -- http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/ -- and play the file with that. That should fix your problem.
You can also try VLC player, which you can download from http://www.videolan.org/vlc/.
If all else fails, feel free submit a support ticket -- http://www.theory11.com/support -- and the support guys will lend you a hand.

That happened to me and i just burned it on cd and it played great. Try that and if it doesn't http://www.theory11.com/support
