Effect A card is freely selected, signed, and returned to the deck. Both the top and bottom of the deck are seen to show that the card has not been controlled. The deck is then fully wrapped in a sheet of newspaper to be made "sleight of hand" proof. A knife is then brought out and stabbed into the deck through the newspaper. It can clearly be seen that there are no cards outside of the paper and that the deck is really and completely sealed. As the paper is removed it is seen that one card is impaled on the knife, the rest fall to the table. That card is, of course, the signed selection. Completely impromptu.

Thoughts I've always liked the card stab plot/idea there are some really bad ones out there and some amazingly good ones some use gimmicks some don't this one happens not to use gimmicks what so ever.
The routine is well thought out no wierd looking moves. Cards can be borrowed, borrowed knife cards signed, there are many Pro's to this routine one of the Cons is i don't usually carry a knife lol but thats my own Con.
When i learnt the method i was surprised and i laughed i really enjoyed it.
Teaching The teachings great like usual with Micheal he goes over the moves and also who doesnt like a trick with a huge knife? Cmon i know you want to i Know Micheal does.
Overall a great effect if you looking to spice up your act a bit make it seem more cutting edge ( pun intended ) get this. Its great simple and best of all Impromptu no set - up.
Enjoy
